Is it just me or everyone into this 11th season (or is it 16th season) of ‘American Idol’. In a few years, Simon may replace Dick Clark as the ‘Peter Pan of TV’ (sorry Ryan Seacrest). If you are not into this annual ‘6-month nail-biting contest’ to pick the best up and coming artists belting their interpretation of the classics and you rather read a book, I say don’t give up yet. Stand up and be counted! Express yourself! After all everyone is!! An easy way to wear your protest on your sleeve is to download an anti-Idol ringtone on your cell phone. Be ready to counter the massive wave of the pro-Idol supporters who will have their brains washed by Hollywood to absolutely have the amateurish ‘bathroom and nightclub’ singing onto your phone. Instead show your support to the growing anti-Idol club (currently with 1 lifetime member) and receive a delectable treat of absolutely non-mainstream ringtone for your mobile cell phone. When your friends call you, you can express your membership to an exclusive club as well as be assured you are sending a strong statement. A statement that you will not tolerate big media, or an artificial, staged talent contest and that your donation will go towards a band of geeks in Silicon Valley, not some agents in Hollywood! So go ahead, brother, Bling your cell phone away… (psst Can you download funny ringtones or make your own ringtones?)

How does my martial arts training directly relate to my success as an article marketing expert? When I was seven, I was a scared, scrawny cry baby. Kids in the neighborhood stole my hat and I ran home crying! My younger brother, who was only four at the time, knocked on the bully’s’ door to get my hat back. My parents enrolled me into Chirico’s School of Karate, where I learned steps that took me from NOTHING to a SELF-ASSURED 4th DEGREE BLACK BELT. I also learned secrets on how to become a champion in the martial arts. I discovered that these same secrets helped me become a champion in all areas of my life. So do you want to know what these life-changing, business-evolving secrets are? 7 Black Belt Secrets for Article Marketing Success Secret #1: Watch who you hang around with One of our black belts drives all the way from Pennsylvania to New Jersey to practice. That’s a 3-hour round trip. Why? The furious energy at Chirico’s School of Karate is undeniable as soon as you walk in the door. You’re surrounded by a true grandmaster with more than 40 years of martial arts training and black belts who are determined to succeed. Who are YOU hanging around? Where are your articles being associated? Are you just blasting articles out there? Or are you carefully selecting websites and ezines which your targeted audiences and prospects read? Remember, who you associate with will determine the level of success you can reach. Secret #2: Consistency is the key for long-term success When I don’t train consistently because of traveling or personal issues, I lose karate tournaments. If you want to achieve your business goals online, you have to consistently write and submit articles. You have to be in front of your audience on a regular basis. Otherwise you will lose sales to your competitors. Secret #3: Ups and downs are part of the process During my martial arts training, I learned that there is NO possible way that you can win every tournament. Yes, I can’t even tell you how many trophies, medals and plaques I have won throughout my more than 20 years of martial arts training. But, I also lost count of how many tournaments I lost in the very first round. Not every article you write and submit online will be a success. You will have ups and downs with your article marketing efforts, but you have to keep writing consistently. It’s the only way you will win in the long term. Secret #4: Hard work is part of the game It took me ten years of blood, sweat and tears to get promoted to the rank of black belt. I learned that there are NO obstacles that I couldn’t beat if I consistently persevere. How many of us secretly wish our success would be handed to us on a silver platter? Get real. There is work involved. The solution is to make the hard work FUN by doing what you love to do (sharing your expertise) and delegating what you don’t (the mind boggling, manual article submission.) Secret #5: Model others who are already successful My instructor is a 10th degree black belt grandmaster. Yet, he doesn’t try to reinvent his own martial arts training programs from scratch. He adapts training techniques, forms and strategies that were created from the ancient masters who have proven their immense success. When writing your articles, model article templates that work for others and then adapt it to your own writing style. Secret #6: Don’t put all your eggs in one basket When we practice self-defense, we train for a variety of attacks from the front, sides and back. We do grappling and ground techniques. And, we even practice fighting against multiple attackers. So we’re ready for all situations. Just like we want multiple fighting strategies, you want multiple streams of income that will help you fight the recession. You can easily turn your articles into products like special reports and eBooks. Secret #7: Find a mentor or coach for faster results I would not have been a state champion for two years in a row, if my instructor didn’t walk me through every step of the way. I know many entrepreneurs who have wasted thousands of dollars on marketing programs that got them nowhere. Don’t make that mistake. Invest in someone to show you the way - the right way - the first time. (Not sure where to start? Join my Write Your Way to Profits Insiders Circle) Follow these secrets, and you will reach article marketing success. You will be found online. And, you will get more prospects, publicity and profits Article Marketing Expert Eric Gruber uses the power of articles to create online opportunities for entrepreneurs who want more publicity, prospects and profits. Now, Eric is sharing the exact roadmap, broken into 5 easy-to-follow steps that thousands have used to launch and build their businesses online with articles. And, he’s giving this knowledge for FREE, with his new e-Book at: .BroadcastYourArticles.com/freebook

Internet is saturated with millions of websites and with each passing day, the number keeps on increasing at a rapid pace. This points out to the important fact that more and more people are launching their business on the net. There is a mad rush to sell or market the products and services, online. This is because internet provides a quick and direct access to global audience at a click of button. The desire to reach out to the vast customer base, ahead of the competitors, has resulted in creation of new marketing strategies. Search engine optimization is one such technique that helps the search engines to locate articles based on, keywords typed in by the visitors, when they are searching for that particular product or service advertised on the net. Selecting the Right Keywords Numerous products or services are launched on the net through websites. The websites have content that describes the product or service. It is important to select the 2 to 3 words or phrases that best relate to the product. These words or phrases will form the backbone on the content because the content will revolve around it. Before selection, it is good practice to research well on the most likely word or phrases that the visitors are likely to type in, for the product or service that is to be advertised in the website. This greatly helps giving the website higher page ranking with search engine. The next important step is to write an attractive title and include keywords in it. This gives the webpage a higher search engine optimization value. Maintaining the Right Density The search engine optimization principles highlight use of the right density of keywords or SEO number throughout the content. The SEO number or percentage usually varies from 1% to 5%, depending upon the site developers. Basically the SEO number is percentage of the keywords used in comparison to the total number of words in the article. It is important to maintain the right percentage because SEO value of the page depends upon it. Suppose an article has 500 words, the SEO number for 1% density means 5 keywords. The SEO ratio depends upon the type of article. For Technical, health, travel articles it is usually around 4% to 5%. Not overdoing it Proper care should be taken in not overloading the content with too many keywords. The distribution should be within acceptable limit as per principles of search engine optimization. Overuse of keywords spoils the SEO value in such a manner that it appears useless to the engines. This defeats the purpose of applying the search engine optimization for getting better results. Advantage of Search Engine Optimization The right SEO percentage of the webpage increases dramatically the rankings of the page on the net. This higher ranking means more traffic flow to the site in form of potential customers. This all translates into increase in sales, which increases the business revenues, sharply. Thus keywords play pivotal role in success of the website to attract more business.

Jeffrey Howard Archer was born on April 15, 1940 in London and raised in Somerset, England. His parents were William, a printer, and Lola Archer, a journalist. He gained his education at Wellington and Brasenose College, Oxford. There Jeffrey earned the position of President of University Athletic Club. Jeffrey met his future wife, Mary Doreen Weeden at Oxford where she was studying chemistry. They married in 1966 and have remained married. They have two sons, William and James. Jeffrey won a position on the Greater London Council. In 1969, at the age of 29, he became a Member of Parliament for Louth. He resigned from the House of Commons in 1974 after he suffered near bankruptcy behind some bad investments. Jeffrey turned his attention to writing and his first novels became best sellers. Still today, he says he likes politics more than writing. From 1985 to 1986 Jeffrey was Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party. In 1986 he sued a publication for falsely accusing him of paying for sex with a prostitute. He won the case and was awarded an astounding 500,000 lira in damages. Jeffrey Archer ran for Mayor of London, but in 1999, he withdrew his nomination. He had been charged with five counts including perjury and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. It seems a friend finally admitted that he had lied for Jeffrey on the witness stand. Jeffrey Archer was convicted and sentenced to four years in prison. Jeffrey spent two years of his term in prison. His time in prison brought about three nonfiction books known as the Prison Diaries. There seems to be mixed feelings toward Jeffrey Archer. He has been called a controversial character, a rogue, humorless, charming, a liar, a cad, charismatic, funny, and a man lacking self introspection. One thing we do know for sure; he is a brilliant writer of novels and short stories and a well known playwright. Jeffrey says he usually starts writing from 6AM for two hours then takes a break for two hours. This continues through the day until 8PM. He writes in long hand with a felt tip pen. He says that writing is serious business and not easy. You must be dedicated. He says, “A good novel combines good story telling with good writing.” Books by Jeffrey Archer: Series: Shall We Tell the President (1977) Kane and Abel (1979) The Prodigal Daughter (1982) Kane and Abel 30th Anniversary Edition (2009) Novels: Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less (1976) First Among Equals (1984) A Matter of Honour (1986) As the Crow Flies (1991) Honour Among Thieves (1993) The Proprietors (1995) The Fourth Estate (1996) The Eleventh Commandment (1998) Sons of Fortune (2002) False Impression (2006) A Prisoner of Birth (2008) Paths of Glory (2009) Collections: A Quiver Full of Arrows (1980) A Twist in the Tale (1988) The Play’s the Thing (1990) Twelve Red Herrings (1994) The Collected Short Stories (1997) To Cut a Long Story Short (2000) A Collection of Short Stories (2000) The Expert Witness and Other Stories (2000) The Grass is Always Greener and Other Stories (2000) Cat O’ Nine Tales (2006) Word Play (The Jeffrey Archer Collection (2007) And Thereby Hangs a Tale (2010) Plays: Willy and the Killer Kipper (1981) Beyond Reasonable Doubt (1989) The Perfect Murder (2001) The Accused (2001) Nonfiction Series: Hell (2002) (writing as FF8282) Purgatory (2003)Heaven(2004) To read more go to more author biographies.

Writing A Movie. Thin Line Between Love And Hate Coming up with a movie idea and writing a script treatment are what I like to call the honeymoon phase of screenwriting. You’re excited with the newness of the story you want to tell. That newness slowly begins to fade as you prepare to dig in to write. If you’re a newcomer to screenwriting it’s like your first marriage. How do I make it through this? Formatting Your Script First off your movie script should look like a real movie script. If you can afford screenwriting software get it before you put one word to paper. All the formatting is done for you freeing up your mind to focus on writing a script instead of dealing with formatting issues. I currently use Final Draft 7 and love it. If you’re going to run a marathon you would buy cool running shoes. Same thing with writing a script. Get cool screenwriting software because writing a script is a marathon. Moving on from formatting. There Is No Right Or Wrong Way To Work On Your Script I like to work alone without a writing partner. If you’re going solo writing your script, prepare yourself for a lot of late nights inside your own head. No one will be there to brainstorm with or motivate you. If you do not see yourself as the self-motivated type look into finding a writing partner to work with. It’s like a marriage, so make sure it’s the right person or you’ll drive each other crazy. Remember it’s thin line between love and hate when writing. Some screenwriters like to schedule a block of time each day to work on their script. Some lock themselves in a room weeks on end. There’s no right or wrong way to work on a script in my opinion as long as you are making progress and are happy with what’s being written on the page. When I get into writing a script I can write 10 hours or more a day losing track of time. I don’t have a set writing schedule. I work hard when I feel the story flowing, pull back when I hit a block, and sometimes don’t touch the script for a few days. Your life situation will often dictate how you work on your script. I know writers that work on their scripts before going to work or after the kids have gone to bed. What you feel works best for you is the path to follow. Creativity can be found anywhere when you’re in the right frame of mind to write. Hitting The Wall Marathon runners sometimes experience fatigue where they feel like they can’t go any further. It’s called “hitting the wall.” Sometimes screenwriters experience “hitting the wall” on a mental level. The newness of the script has worn off. You’re feed up with your story, what you’ve written, and tired of looking at this script that never seems to be what you want it to be. Maybe you could have been more prepared before coming? Maybe there is something else you can do as a writer to save your relationship with your script? Or do you walk away? Learn more about making movies by picking up The First Movie is the Toughest

Since today is Wednesday and I always do a celebrity post I thought I would go with the theme today and do another celebrity related tattoo post. This next topic I’m about to write about is a lot more common than one may think. I hear about things like this from time to time. Well Daniel Radcliffe the star of the Harry Potter movies was recently asked what were some of the craziest things fans have done to you. He answered it with saying some strange fan sent him some fake body parts. But the other thing he said was one fan asked if he could sign her wrist. Daniel happily did it and the girl later thanked him and said she was thinking of getting it tattooed on her wrist. Of course Daniel urges this girl not to go through with this tattoo. This is my point I hear about people getting famous people to sign different parts of their body and then they rush off to a tattoo shop to get their autograph permanently tattooed on their body. I personally think this is rather silly and probably something that you would majorly regret over time. I mean come on if you think about it this person’s signature that you have permanently on your body will more than likely fall from fame. And later on down the road you will feel ridiculous for having their autograph tattooed on you. But if you really have your heart set on getting someone’s autograph tattooed on you make sure it is someone that will stand against time and will always be famous. Your Tattoo Friend Ashley

This article tells you how you can convert $6 into thousands I gave it a try, hey its only $6, I figured at least 6 people would respond out of the MILLIONS of people that use the internet. You should give it a try too! You have nothing to lose, and a whole lot to gain! A little while back, I was browsing through some interesting adds, just like you are now and came across an article similar to this that said you could make thousands dollars within weeks with only an initial investment of $6.00! So I thought, “Yeah, right, it must be a scam“, but like most of us,I was curious, so I kept reading. Anyway, it said that you send $1.00 though PayPal to each of the emails stated in the article. You then place your own email address in the bottom of the list at ..6, and post the article in at least 200 news groups. (There are a lot)So after thinking about it, I went ahead trying it. I figured what have I got to lose except $6.00 small dollars, right? Like most of us I was a little sceptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of it. It follows the same regulations as the “mailed chainletters, which according to the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) is indeed legal! Then I invested the measly $6.00. Well GUESS WHAT!!? Within days, I started getting money in my PayPal account! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $24,641.00 and it’s still coming in rapidly. It’s Certainly worth $6.00. Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, why it works? REQUIREMENTS: You must have a verified paypal account. If you do not have an account you can go to https:.paypal.com and get a free account. I would suggest signing up for a business account because it does not limit you to the amount of money you can receive. Example: with a Personal account you are limited to receiving $500.00 a month and withdrawing $500.00 a month. And trust me you WILL be receiving more than $500.00 a month! Like i mentioned before In order to place the initial $6 into your account, you will have to verify your bank account with PayPal (which may take a few days). STEP 1: Send, through paypal, $1.00 to each email on the below list. Make the subject of the payment “Email List” and in the comments, write “PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR EMAIL LIST.” What you are doing is creating a service by this and best of all you are not giving your address to anyone … THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL! The email list: #1) E-mail: pondcritt…yahoo.com #2) E-mail: carlyf…y7mail.com #3) E-mail: rokkproducti…cox.net #4) E-mail: tonyspr…gmail.com #5) E-mail: brs_…rediffmail.com #6) E-mail: n2simonhotmail.com STEP 2: Now take the ..1 email off the list that you see above, move the other addresses up(6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc) and add YOUR email address (the one used on the paypal account) as number 6 on the list. STEP 3: Change anything you need to, but try to keep this article as close to original as possible. Now, post your amended article to at least 200 newsgroups, message board. (I think there are close to 32,000 groups) All you need is 200, but remember, the more you post, the more money you make - as well as everyone else on the list! For example: you log on to any search engine like yahoo.com, google.com, altavista.com, excite.com then you search with subject like ?millionaire message board? or ?money making message board? or ?employment message board? or ?money making discussions? or ?money making forum? or ?business message board? etc.
